What kind of photo should I upload?
Use a clear full-body photo with good lighting and an unobstructed body outline. One person per image gives the most predictable result.
Is my original photo stored?
The original upload is not kept as a separate source file. The prepared 9:16 traveler image and its background-free cutout are stored so they can be reused for future generations.
Can I delete a saved traveler?
Yes. Use the × button on a traveler card to remove that saved image and its associated prepared files.
Should I install Travel Visualization on my phone?
Yes, we recommend the installed version for the best mobile experience. Open Travel Visualization in your browser, open the browser menu, and choose Download and install when this option is available. This is preferable to creating a simple page shortcut and can provide more consistent access to your saved travelers between visits.
How long does video generation take?
Generation usually takes a few minutes, although processing time can vary depending on provider availability and demand.
Where can I use the finished video?
The generated video uses a vertical 9:16 format suitable for viewing and for manual upload to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Will the generated location look exactly like the real place?
The service creates an AI-generated interpretation of the selected destination. Individual scenery, background, architectural, natural, or atmospheric details may differ from the exact real-world location, while the video is designed to preserve the destination’s recognizable atmosphere, overall visual character, and beauty.
What happens if a generation fails technically?
A credit should be returned automatically when the generation provider reports a technical failure, timeout, missing video, or undeliverable file. Clearly defective completed results may be reviewed by support for a replacement credit.
Can I request a refund because I dislike the creative result?
AI output can vary. Subjective dissatisfaction with facial expression, movement, composition, or minor scene details is not by itself a technical failure. See the Refund Policy for the complete rules.
