1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Travel Visualization, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. A person under the age of legal majority may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. The service
Travel Visualization allows users to select curated destinations, prepare a reusable traveler image, request an AI-generated video, and download the result. Features, providers, limits, destinations, and availability may change.
4. Your photographs and permissions
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded photographs. You grant Travel Visualization and its providers a limited, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and process them only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and deliver the service.
- You own the material or have all necessary permissions.
- Every identifiable person has consented where required.
- Your use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Images of minors are submitted only with lawful parental or guardian authority.
5. Prohibited use
- impersonation, deception, defamation, harassment, exploitation, or threats;
- non-consensual sexual, intimate, humiliating, or abusive media;
- unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, violent, or exploitative content;
- presenting generated media as authentic proof of real-world events;
- infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or personality rights;
- malware, attacks, limit bypassing, or unauthorized automation.
We may reject, suspend, delete, or report activity that appears to violate these terms, provider rules, or law.
6. AI-generated results
AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain visual errors, altered facial or body details, inaccurate geography, duplicated objects, or unexpected changes. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy or identity preservation. Review every video before publishing. Do not use generated media as factual proof that a person visited a place or participated in an event.
7. Use of generated videos
Subject to these terms and third-party rights, you may download and use generated videos for lawful personal, promotional, or social-media purposes. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyright-protectable, free from claims, or suitable for a specific commercial use.
8. Storage and downloads
Prepared traveler images may remain available until deleted. Generated videos are intended for direct download and are not promised to remain in a permanent account gallery. Download results promptly.
9. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party hosting, storage, background-removal, generation, domain, and email providers. Their outages, restrictions, terms, and technical limits may affect the service.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation times, provider capacity, device compatibility, or permanent availability of any destination.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Visualization will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, opportunity, reputation, or reliance on generated media. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your uploaded material, generated media, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, provider requirements, or material breach.
