2. Information we process
Uploaded photographs
An uploaded photograph is temporarily processed to create a prepared 9:16 traveler image and a background-free cutout. The source upload is not retained as a separate user file after preparation is completed, except for short-lived technical copies needed to finish or troubleshoot processing.
Prepared traveler images
The prepared image and cutout are stored so they can be reused. They remain available until you delete them, storage limits require removal, or removal is necessary for security or legal reasons.
Generation information
We process the selected destination, prepared traveler identifier, job status, timestamps, provider information, and technical error data required to generate and deliver the video.
Generated videos
Generated videos are made available for direct download and are not intended to remain in a permanent user gallery. Short-lived technical copies or provider-hosted links may exist long enough to complete delivery, diagnose failures, or meet security and legal requirements.
Support and technical data
If you contact us, we process your email, message, and attachments. Hosting providers may also process IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, logs, and security events. The application uses browser localStorage to remember selected destinations and traveler identifiers.
3. Purposes
- prepare and save reusable traveler images;
- remove image backgrounds;
- generate and deliver personalized travel videos;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
- respond to support requests;
- prevent misuse and comply with law.
4. Service providers
Depending on the feature, information may be processed by Render, MongoDB Atlas, remove.bg, Google AI / Veo or another configured generation provider, and Cloudflare. These providers process data under their own terms, privacy notices, security controls, and data-processing arrangements. Data may be processed outside your country.
5. Retention and deletion
Prepared traveler images and cutouts are retained until deleted or otherwise removed under our operational, storage, security, or legal procedures. Generation-job records may be retained for operations, billing, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. You can delete a saved traveler in the application. For other access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support.
6. Your responsibilities
Upload only photographs you are entitled to use. Do not upload another person’s image without valid permission. Images of minors may be used only by a parent, legal guardian, or another person with lawful authority and appropriate consent.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, access-controlled infrastructure, environment-based secret management, and provider security controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children acting independently. A person under the age of legal majority may use it only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above will be changed when a revised version is published.
